Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TorqueFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including shop owners, technicians, and any other individuals accessing the platform.

2. Description of Service

TorqueFlow is a cloud-based shop management platform designed for auto repair businesses. The Service includes tools for managing clients, vehicles, work orders, estimates, invoices, and business reporting.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use TorqueFlow
• One account per shop — sharing accounts across multiple businesses is not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

TorqueFlow offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
• Annual plans are billed as a single payment for 12 months of access
• Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We do not store credit card information on our servers

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: refunds may be requested within 14 days of the billing date by contacting support
• After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TorqueFlow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use automated bots to scrape or extract data from the platform

8. Your Data

You own all data you input into TorqueFlow — client records, work orders, invoices, and all other business data. We do not claim ownership over your data. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual Property

TorqueFlow, its logo, design, and software are owned by Sturion.Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TorqueFlow and Sturion.Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TorqueFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TorqueFlow after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
