TorqueFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a shop management software platform operated by Sturion.Company. Our platform helps auto repair shop owners manage clients, work orders, estimates, and invoices.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Create an account (name, email address, password)
• Set up your shop profile (shop name, address, phone number)
• Add clients, vehicles, work orders, and estimates to your account
• Subscribe to a paid plan (billing handled securely by Stripe)

We also automatically collect:

• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and approximate location

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the TorqueFlow service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (welcome, trial reminders, invoices)
• To respond to support requests
• To analyze usage patterns and improve product features
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Your Shop Data

All client data, work orders, quotes, and job records you enter into TorqueFlow belong to you. We do not sell, share, or use your shop's operational data for any purpose other than providing the service.

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security — meaning each shop's data is completely isolated from other users.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate TorqueFlow:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store card details)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics on our marketing site

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support.torqueflow@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
• Row-level security policies so users can only access their own data
• Regular security reviews of our infrastructure

8. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
